DARPA awards a project to ADT and its partners to develop UNCD MEMS devices to enable higher performance broadband telecommunication devices through the enabling properties of UNCD^®. The DARPA project specifically leverages UNCD's low temperature deposition process to co-integrate MEMS devices with CMOS electronics.
